Processing Times

• The time needed to fulfill each order varies by the type of item purchased.
• Processing time is between 1-14 days. For details, see individual item listings.

Why is same-day shipping not available?

Most of my products are made-to-order to reduce waste. Every purchase, large or small, has a footprint. Around 85% of all textiles produced by the fashion industry end up in landfills, and 1 in 5 garments make it to the landfill without even being worn once. To reduce overproduction, many items from my shop print-on-demand, meaning they are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. It can take a few more days to receive your purchase as a result, but it's a small price to pay in order to help our planet.

 

Shipping

• All purchases are shipped through USPS.
• Shipping times can vary depending on the type of items purchased and current USPS operating capacity.
• Shipping time is typically 3-10 days.
• Tracking numbers are sent to you as soon as your purchase is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the made-to-order nature of my business, returns and exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Please contact me as soon as possible (preferably within 7 days of delivery) if you would like a return or exchange.
