Why are some items shipped by a production partner and not yourself?

My trusted production partners help me keep my shop open year-round, especially when I'm on the road during my husband's race season (April-October). While orders may sometimes be fulfilled by someone else, every single product from my shop has been 100% designed by me.

Why doesn't your shop accept returns or exchanges?

Most of my products (except Coloring Stickers and hand-painted listings) are made-to-order to help reduce waste from overproduction. That means most of the products you pick out don't get physically made until after you complete your order. Therefore, my shop doesn't typically accept returns/exchanges since that would mean product waste.

However, if there's an issue with your order (for example: damage during shipping or sizing doesn't match what's listed), send me a message, so we can work on a solution together.

Do you take custom requests?

I occasionally take on custom or personalized projects. If you have something in mind, send me a message, and I'll let you know what's possible. I especially love working on lettering-based pieces or adaptations of designs already in my shop.

Why are your printable downloads not digitally editable?

I believe there's something irreplaceable about putting pen to paper. A physical journaling practice slows you down in the best way— helping you step away from screens, connect with your thoughts, and engage in all your senses.

When you write or draw by hand, your brain process information differently. You remember more, notice more, and allow ideas to unfold at their own pace. The scratch of a pen, the texture of the paper, the little imperfections in your handwriting— they all become part of your story.

My printables are designed to be printed, held, and lived with. I want them to feel like companions in your creative and reflective moments— pages that invite you to pause, breathe, and create something real.
