Why are some items shipped by a production partner and not yourself?
My production partners allow me to keep my shop open year-round, especially when I'm on the road during my husband's race season (April-October). While some orders may be fulfilled by someone else, every single product from my shop has been 100% designed by me.

That means most of the products you pick out don't get physically made until after you complete your order. Therefore, my shop doesn't typically accept returns/exchanges since that would mean product waste. However, if there's an issue with your order (for example: damage during shipping or sizing doesn't match what's listed), send me a message, so we can work on a solution together.
