Frequently Asked Questions

Why are some items shipped by a production partner and not yourself?

My production partners allow me to keep my shop open year-round, especially when I'm on the road during my husband's race season (April-October). While some orders may be fulfilled by someone else, every single product from my shop has been 100% designed by me.

Why doesn't your shop accept returns or exchanges?

Most items from my shop (except Coloring Stickers and hand-painted listings) are made-to-order to help reduce waste from overproduction. That means most of the products you pick out don't get physically made until after you complete your order. Therefore, my shop doesn't typically accept returns/exchanges since that would mean product waste. However, if there's an issue with your order (for example: damage during shipping or sizing doesn't match what's listed), send me a message, so we can work on a solution together. Thanks for your part in helping to reduce waste from overproduction, a problem that adds to landfills and generates over $2 billion in waste every year in the United States alone.
